Assistant Dean: Serves as the chief operating officer in ERSO who oversees and has operational responsibility for all research administration and business services.

Deputy Director: Provides leadership and oversight for all business units within ERSO and ensures that administration operates efficiently and resourcefully.

Budget Officer: Has oversight and responsibility for all ERSO budgeting, tracking and financial reporting.

Senior Financial Analyst: Provides financial expertise to assist the Budget Officer with the central ERSO operating budget and conducts analysis of ERSO financial and compliance affairs.

Executive Assistant: Provides administrative support directly to the ERSO Associate Dean, Assistant Dean, and Deputy Director of Business Services.

Human Resources Director: Serves as a member of ERSO’s management and recommends, develops and implements new HR programs and initiatives in support of creating a thriving employee experience.

Human Resources Coordinator: Provides support to the HR Director and primarily works on special HR initiatives and projects. Provides HR data analysis, leads recruitment efforts, researches best practices, and assists in training development and delivery. In addition, serves as the ERSO Safety coordinator.

Principal Academic HR Analyst: Provides oversight and policy interpretation to ERSO, COE departments, and Associate Dean in all matters related to academic research personnel.

Academic HR Assistant: Provides administrative support to the Principal Academic HR Analyst and assists college administrators, faculty, and researchers navigate through the complex world of academic research employment.

Human Resources Operations Manager: Leads the human resources operations team who provide comprehensive personnel administration for all staff and non-senate research academic personnel.

Human Resources Analyst: As a member of the HR team, performs full scope human resources functions for all employees in ERSO including, staff, faculty, students, and non-senate academic appointees. The HR analyst also works on special projects, recruitments, and HR initiatives.

Payroll Manager: Leads the payroll services team and oversees the accurate and timely pay for all staff and non-senate research academic personnel.

Payroll Specialist: As a member of the payroll services team, provides administrative and payroll support for approximately 1500 employees to ensure timely and accurate pay.

Purchasing Manager/Buyer:  Leads the purchasing services team who provide a full range of procurement services for faculty, students, and staff.  Also has responsibility and authorization for complex procurement buying activity.

Purchasing Supervisor: Serves as a lead within the Purchasing Services team and oversees the activity of the purchasing coordinators. Provides the full range of complex procurement services for the ERSO community comprised of faculty, students, and staff.

Purchasing Specialist: Provides a wide range of purchasing support, specialized knowledge of BLU card, micro fabrication, and CNS phone coordination for the ERSO community comprised of faculty, staff and students.

Purchasing Coordinator: Serves as a department buyer who provides the full range of procurement support to all of the ERSO community comprised of faculty, staff and students.

Shipping & Receiving Supervisor: Leads the shipping and receiving team and serves as the ERSO inventory manager.

Shipping & Receiving Specialist: Responsible for delivering a variety of services for ERSO involved in receiving, storing, and distributing equipment and supplies and oversees the shipping & receiving coordinators.

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator: Performs a variety of services for ERSO involved in receiving, storing, and distributing equipment and supplies.

Travel & Entertainment Reimbursement Manager: Leads the travel & entertainment reimbursement services team who provide a full range of travel & entertainment reimbursement services for travel, conferences, entertainment, and general reimbursements for the entire ERSO community comprised of faculty, staff and students.

Travel & Entertainment Reimbursement Analyst: Serves as a lead who provides a full range of complex travel & entertainment reimbursement services for travel, conferences, entertainment, and general reimbursements for the entire ERSO community comprised of faculty, staff and students.

Travel & Entertainment Reimbursement Coordinator: Provides a full range of travel & entertainment reimbursement services for travel, conferences, entertainment, and general reimbursements for the entire ERSO community comprised of faculty, staff and students.

Information Technology Support Programmer Analyst: Provides services and support in the areas of system administration, security, desktop support, database design and development, system architecture planning and implementation to the ERSO community.

Research Support Team Lead: Leads a team of research support officers and support assistants who provide pre-award and post award contract and grant management.

Research Support Officer: Provides analytical, financial, and administrative services directly to faculty in pre-award and post award contract and grant management.

Research Support Assistant: Provides research support to all ERSO research administration staff and managers working on all sources of funding, but primarily contracts and grants.

Team Support Assistant: Provides research support to all ERSO research administration staff and managers working on contracts and grants. In addition, this position may also provide programmatic administrative support directly to faculty as assigned by Research Support Team Lead.

Programmatic Support Assistant: Provides programmatic administrative support directly to faculty. This position is funded directly by faculty funds and supervised by an ERSO Research Support Team Lead.
