Welcome to ERSO
The Engineering Research Support Organization functions as a central hub, providing research administration support to all research centers, departments, and affiliated ORUs in the UC Berkeley College of Engineering. ERSO focuses on providing effective and efficient research administration, which allows the faculty to focus on developing and growing the research enterprise rather than managing business services. ERSO will maintain a customer-oriented operation, with appropriate levels of faculty and staff oversight to support a culture of continuous improvement. |

We want to thank Professor Costas Spanos for his commitment to ERSO for the last 3 years. His vision and leadership were exciting and helped shape the organization to what it is today. We wish him the best in his new endeavor as Associate Chair of EECS, and the Chair of the EE division. Mileage Reimbursement Rate Increases for 2008
The University's mileage reimbursement rates for expenses incurred in connection with the business use of a private automobile will increase on July 1, 2008. The new rates are effective for expenses incurred on or after July 1, 2008. [learn more] |
