Team 2 has embraced the ideals of the the Berkeley Operating Principles since the start of the organization. Our mission has been to maintain a customer focused organization where we rely on each other and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.

We provide timely, excellent service to students, staff, faculty, alumni and other stakeholders. We emphasize service over bureaucracy whenever possible.
